Justine Macrae
A highly qualified coach, facilitator and consultant, Justine has more than 16 years’ experience in senior executive positions including, Divisional Head of HR with KPMG Australia, General Manager with Australian Indigenous Education Foundation and senior management roles with KPMG globally.
Justine has led global and national project teams to deliver outstanding results. This includes significant organisational change and business process reengineering activities, the development and delivery of strategic plans and cultural transformation programs as well as designing and delivering leadership development programs for global talent.
Justine's authentic, positive and insightful approach supports and encourages her clients to achieve their strategic and professional goals. This approach produces extraordinary results, enabling clients to create and sustain purposeful positive change.
